Forma Boots Sizing Chart: Find the Perfect Fit for Your Ride
Italian-crafted and CE-certified, Forma Boots are built for everything from motocross tracks to long-haul adventure rides and daily street commutes. Because Forma sizes in EURO with a USA conversion, picking the right number is the difference between all-day comfort and a painful return. Use the chart below to match your shoe size to the correct Forma boot across every model BTO Sports carries — from the Adventure and Terra Evo X to the Elite, Hyper, and Pilot.
Forma's fit rule of thumb: order your regular sneaker size, and size up one if you have wider feet. The inside length of the boot should be roughly 15–20mm longer than your foot, which gives you the right toe clearance for safety and comfort on the bike.
How to Measure for Forma Boots
Stand barefoot against a wall. Place your heel flat against the wall and distribute your weight evenly.
Measure to the tip of your longest toe. For most riders this is the big toe, but measure the longer foot — feet are rarely identical.
Add 15–20mm of clearance. The Forma boot's inside length (listed in each chart below, in millimeters) should land 15–20mm longer than your measured foot. That buffer prevents toe-jam on hard stops and gives the foot room to swell on long days.
Account for width. Forma boots run on the slightly narrower Italian last. If you know your feet run wide, size up one EURO size.
Check both feet. Always fit to your larger foot.

Forma Boots Sizing Chart
Every Forma dual sport, adventure, and motocross boot uses the same EURO-to-USA conversion below, with a dedicated scale for men's, women's, and youth sizing. Match your measured inside length (in mm) to the corresponding EURO and USA size.

Why Proper Sizing for Forma Boots Matters
A boot that's too tight will pinch your toes and cut circulation on any ride longer than a commute; one that's too loose will let your foot slide inside the shell, reducing control on the pegs and increasing injury risk in a crash. Forma's CE-certified protection, reinforced ankle cups, and shift-pad reinforcements only do their job when the boot fits the way it was engineered. Spend two minutes with a tape measure before you order — it's the fastest way to get motocross, touring, or adventure boots that perform on day one.
If you're building out the rest of your setup, pair your new Forma boots with gear from our dirt bike gear lineup or explore more options in the boots collection. You can also browse other brand size charts on the BTO Sports sizing hub.

Airoh Sizing Chart: Find the Perfect Fit for Your Helmet
Italian-built and racing-proven, Airoh has spent decades engineering helmets that balance featherlight shells with serious impact protection. Whether you're carving a mountain pass on a Airoh street bike helmet, hitting motocross whoops in an Aviator, or pulling dual-duty on an adventure ride, getting the right size is the first step to performance and safety. Use the chart below to dial in your fit before you order from BTO Sports.
Airoh helmets are sized by head circumference in centimeters, so grab a soft tape measure and follow the steps below. If you fall between two sizes, Airoh recommends going up — a helmet that's too tight will create pressure points on a long ride.
How to Measure for an Airoh Helmet
Head circumference: Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head, about a half inch above your eyebrows in front and around the fullest point at the back, just above your ears.
Measure multiple times: Take two or three passes to make sure you're not pulling the tape too tight or too loose.
Round up, not down: If your measurement falls between two sizes, step up to the larger shell. Airoh's removable cheek pads let you fine-tune the interior fit.
Check for hot spots: A properly sized helmet should feel snug and even across your forehead, temples, and crown — with no single pressure point.

Airoh Helmets Sizing Chart
Every Airoh helmet, from the Aviator 3 and Commander 2 to the Wraaap, Matryx, Strycker, and Connor, uses the same unisex adult head-circumference sizing. Match your measurement (in centimeters) to the size below.

| Size | Head Circumference (cm) |
|---|---|
| XS | 53 – 54 |
| S | 55 – 56 |
| M | 57 – 58 |
| L | 59 – 60 |
| XL | 61 – 62 |
| 2XL | 63 – 64 |

Airoh Street Bike Helmets
Street-focused models like the Matryx, Spark 2, and J 110 prioritize aerodynamics and integrated sun visors. Check out Airoh street bike helmets for sport and urban fitments.
Airoh Adventure & Dual Sport Helmets
The Commander 2 and other dual-sport Airoh lids pair a peak with a drop-down sun visor for road-to-trail riding. Browse the Airoh adventure and dual sport helmets collection to find your build.
Why Proper Airoh Helmet Sizing Matters
A helmet is only as protective as its fit. An Airoh helmet that's too loose can shift on impact and fail to distribute crash forces the way the shell was engineered to. One that's too tight creates pressure points, cuts circulation, and turns a long dirt bike or touring day into a headache. Dialing in the right shell size — then fine-tuning with Airoh's removable liners and cheek pads — is the fastest way to turn a good helmet into a great one. It's also why every rider should revisit their sizing hub when upgrading gear.
If you're also building out the rest of your kit, pair your new Airoh lid with the right protective gear and goggles from our dirt bike gear lineup.
