yeah found the right way putting these inserts on but here in australia the supplier stopped supplying the glue. the glue is the key to get the boots stick to the sole. tip for everyone trying this glue the insert and boot at the same time and than leave for 25 min throw the inserts with the glue on it in the oven on 90 degrees celcuis(200 fahrenheit) and at the same time heat the glue on the sole up at 100 degrees cecluis with a adjustable heatgun both for 3 minutes and than firmly press both parts toghether for about a min.
this worked many times for me just a shame cant get the glue anymore here it's polyurethane glue.
bottom line is now need to get it from bto sports because they at least still supply the glue with the inserts. your the best bto!!!
