This jacket is awesome. If flows a ton of air. Cool in 50 or under. I got a M I'm 5' 10'' 158lb.

I am within the fitting requirements for the small size, but only just squeeze into this jacket. Go bigger if in doubt. Love the jacket, even with the tighter fit it is extremely comfortable.
