Knee Braces take their toll on a riders pants, graphics, and nicely polished frames. These guards, IMO, that should have come with the Knee braces do an excellent job of minimizing accelerated wear and tear to ride pants due to knee braces by cushioning the contact points from the pant itself. They also pad the the abrasive contact points so the frames & sticker kits don't get damaged as easily.
I support three riders all with Asterk Cells and every pair have this add-on part.
