Comments about Buchanan - Spoke Sets (Honda):
These things are great. Have them front and rear on my XR650r supermoto bought straight from Buchanan Spoke & Wheel, but BTOsports had these for my CRf450r at a great price! Can't go wrong here, but you need to break out the drill to clear the hub out for the huge spoke gauge! Nipples work fine in Excel and OEM D.I.D. wheels.
Laced them up, pounded the bike for 4 engine hours and still tight and true.

Comments about Buchanan - Spoke Sets (Honda):
The spokes were the right length and have held up great for the first 4 long rides. I did have to drill out the hubs for my 2004 CR250R application. I am a novice wheel builder but did crush a few nipples while tensioning. Would have thought they would be stronger but maybe that's how all spoke nipples are.

uses oem rim and hub but needed to drill the holes in hub from 4,8mm to 5,0mm to get the spokes to fit.

Comments about Buchanan - Spoke Sets (Honda):
[...], i go to install them with honda oem hubs and excel rims, the rear spokes dont even fit through the hub and half the front spokes stick out of the rim, half fit, the one tiny piece of instructions say to "grind off any spokes sticking through" these are a complete waste of money, just buy spokes from a local dealer.
