Comments about EVS - R4 Neck Brace:
I bought this for my 5 year old son. He weighs 42lbs and it is rated for 50+. If fits perfectly without restricting his movement. The chest strap is my only complaint. It doesn't keep the brace in place. It appears to need a suspenders type of securing device to keep it held down on the shoulders. Overall it is an 8.5 out of 10. I would recommend to others with young riders.

Comments about EVS - R4 Neck Brace:
I've been riding with this brace for a while and I like it. It can be a little tricky to get on and off, but its not a big problem. haven't taken any major spins with it but it defiantly feels like it would do the job. it doesn't limit your range of motion too much, but I have notice it hitting the back for my helmet when I'm trying to look up ahead a few times. Overall I like it, its super light weight and I can hardly notice it on my neck.

Comments about EVS - R4 Neck Brace:
More mobility than any other neck brace I've tried on, but you'll still hear it against the back of your helmet sometimes. The RC4 is the first brace I've tried, that I wanted to wear in a race. Great product!

Comments about EVS - R4 Neck Brace:
this is a good neck brace. one size larger for us guys with no neck would be nice. Price is defently good and will get more people to use these. not sure yet if this will protect enough for racing applications it is quite a bit smaller than other brands which is not a bad thing.the fastener at the front is a little hard to use for the first few times but gets easier over time.
i would reccomend this to anyone. finaly a brace that is afordable for everyone to use.

Comments about EVS - R4 Neck Brace:
This is a great brace, I previously owned a Leatt adventure that was very uncomfortable so I sold it.
By comparison, this brace doesn't feel like its even there, it stays in place, and is ALOT cheaper than the leatt.

Comments about EVS - R4 Neck Brace:
in general i like the fit and finish of the R4 and the price cant be beat. it makes other neck braces seem like overkill but i guess the only way to know for sure is to crash hard and see how well it works.... catch 22....
only thing i was disappointed with is the way the front straps attach to the brace. they sandwich between two layers of velcro. its probably enough to keep the brace in place but it isnt the most intuitive design and makes taking the brace on and off a bit of a hassle compared to the Astar and Leatt designs. over time it may get easier.
