I purchased this for my girlfriend in hopes that it would provide stability for her shoulder which is prone to easily slip out of place. She is impressed with the quality and design of the EVS-SB03, however, the front strap lays directly over her breasts and is very uncomfortable. We will try to modify the brace. Do you have any suggestions?"

I got this brace to add a little support while recovering from an ac joint separation. I was going to use it while playing basketball. It may have worked fine, but the sizing wasn't right for me. I ended up returning it. I got the XL and it was too big. I was going to trade it for a large, but the arm area was too tight on the XL already. So I thought if I sized down to the large it would really be too tight. For a reference I am 6'1" and about 200 lbs. and have an athletic build.
With the XL I had to pull it as tight as it would go and I didn't feel like it gave me enough shoulder support as it was a little loose in some areas. What bothered me on the arm area was that it was really tight on my arm right up in the armpit area. After wearing it for just a few minutes it was already starting to bother me. I believe the large would have given me better shoulder support, but I don't think I could have handled the constriction on my arm.
So if your arms aren't too big, this might be a good brace for you. I did like the adjustable straps that go over the brace to give you a more customized support.

Comments about EVS - SB03 Shoulder Brace:
pulled shoulder while kite-boarding, after surgery this level of support is needed until full recovery and swift return to kite-surfing. this is also ideal for my snowboarding sessions. range of motion is not so restrictive and keeps shoulder joint warm and in optimal place when loosening the muscles.

Comments about EVS - SB03 Shoulder Brace:
My son tore left labrum (dislocation) playing hockey. Surgery and 6 month rehab only to tear it again at the beginning of the season. He has opted to finish the season before fixing it.. He's dislocated it twice this season.. someone suggested a motocross brace.. best money I've ever spent.. this thing has managed to hold his shoulder together and give him a little confidence.. good stuff

Comments about EVS - SB03 Shoulder Brace:
Needed shoulder support for a football injury. This product was perfect. Held his shoulder and gave him the pressure he needed while allowing full movement. Used it for the the last 3 weeks of football and it fit comfortably under his shoulder pads. Made a big difference on how he felt when he had it on.
