Comments about EVS - 2011 G6 Ballistic Jersey:
The suit is worth the money. I'm a big guy (51" chest) so this review is for the 2XL size. Overall fit and protection is good and it avoids some of the common faults of other full suits - namely: 1) the kidney belt is wide and doesn't slide up when riding, 2) the elbow plastics don't slide around.
Two minor drawbacks: 1) it's a fabric weave vs a mesh so it's a little warm and requires regular washing, 2) it's not fully compatible with a leatt neck brace (but they never said it was so I can't hold it against them). The spine protector does have a slot in the upper back but the chest plastic comes up high so that the front of the brace has to rest on top of the chest plastics. It's still workable with a leatt for track riding, but a bit limiting for trail/enduro.
