FMF - Factory 4.1 Complete Exhaust Systems
The Factory 4.1 system was derived from our successful Factory 4. We developed a completely new system with an ALL NEW muffler design. The Factory 4.1 oval muffler is constructed from military grade titanium utilizing an angle cut end cap and offered in either a natural or anodized blue finish. The performance characteristics start with a formed tapered inlet leading into the muffler. The oval shape combined with the tapered inlet allows the muffler to be routed further forward without interfering with the frame, subframe, shock, rear wheel or brake. Our Factory Forward Engineering lowers and centralizes the machines center of gravity for improved handling without sacrificing silencer volume and durability. With it's new formed end cap, the muffler is less susceptible to damage. Complimenting the muffler is our patented Megabomb™ titanium header and titanium mid pipe for reducing weight and superior strength. The modular exhaust port flange transmits less vibration reducing tension on the system. The all new angle cut end cap offers versatility and tunability with the optional Power Rings and Rev Tubes to alter power delivery. There is also a removable spark arrestor module for off-road applications.

Excellent product. The product fits nice and snug into the bike as a replacement or upgrade from an OEM exhaust and when jetted right, you can really feel the power increase. It looks real trick and the power is very very noticeable. It made my YZF have more pull EVERYWHERE. Will never run any other manufacturer of pipe, very happy with the FMF and will definitely continue to use them regardless of my machine choice. chrisbrockway283[@]

I mainly bought this pipe because I wanted my dirtbike to sound better, like a grunty dirtbike should. I ride a 10 RMZ450 and it makes it sound mint and lands up giving you more power off the bottom and mid.

The FMF Factory 4.1 is a quality unit. installation was a breeze,only needed copper gasket goo as the original exhaust clamps are not required. Weight savings of at least 1kg (2-3 pounds?) over the stock unit.
