I'm using this helmet for motocross and karting. It's extremely light weight. Looks great. Cleans with a little soap and water. Inside lining comes out for easy cleaning. It comes with a nice carry bag. If you're looking to upgrade, you won't be disappointed.

This was the first expensive helmet I have ever bought, and you can REALLY tell the difference in the fit and feel of this helmet compared to cheaper ones. Not to mention it is one of the coolest looking helmets in my opinion. It also comes with a really nice helmet bag and an extra visor (which is typical with most helmets over $300). Overall I would recommend this helmet to anyone looking to upgrade.
