They make your knee feel very safe and are comfortable! The only thing is that they tend to loosen a bit from the upper leg strap and fall a bit down below the proper knee position.

It's a great product! Great comfort w/ the exception that you need to wear a sleeve under the guard bc the top strap chaff's the back of your knee BAD! Other than that its a GREAT product!

Extremely sturdy pads with a great impact resistance. The top velcro strap will chafe during a long ride if worn on bare skin. Outside of that, a fantastic product.
