not to sure what the person was talking about before me, but I do know that my 4yr old has this and already had her quad roll over her, did its job she was fine so i cant complain

I ordered this for my 4 yr old but when i received it, the protection did not feel strong. I would have liked it to offer more protection so i was disappointed with this product
