this chest protector is great! it's lightweight, comfortable and looks great. However, when wearing a neck brace, it has one slight problem. I wear a leatt neck brace, and the sides of the brace press against the shoulder pads, making it difficult to lift your arms. otherwise, it is a great chest protector, and even with a neck brace, it can still be worn, it just won't be entirely comfortable.
