Boots are only 300klm old so time will tell with regards to wear. First time i wore them i forgot to pack sock so wore them barefoot with no blistering at all. I have always had alpine star boots but budget and the dicount on offer with these boots temted em and i must say they are comparable to say, tech3's as far as build and fit. My only note is that the top part is very wide, not a problem for me as i wear knee/shin pads that fill this space but if i didn't you might end up with gaps full of dirt!
so far so good with these boots!
