If you think this is a waste of time and money, it is not. It is really nice comfort and has very good venting. The helmet is shiny and affordable. This will make you look good in the dirt.

So you're wondering if this helmet is actually worth buying? I would say, "Absolutely". Great comfort, excellent venting, relatively low weight, removable and washable liner and not to mention easy on the pocket book. I have owned several other brands of MX helmets including dropping over 3 Franklin's, last year, just so I could have that "You have to have it!" helmet. Well, to be honest I would never have thought about buying this helmet, had the salesperson not mentioned that I should try the G-max line. I needed a back-up for my kit bag and needed to buy it before being deployed. Needless to say, this helmet has become my primary helmet. I have to say that in the last year, it has seen some serious action and has been extremely comfortable and cool considering I ride in an environment that usually hovers around 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit throughout these summer days. (No Joke!). So as you consider purchasing this helmet look at it as a frugal yet very serious addition to your kit bag. You wont go wrong! FYI - You say. 130 degrees during the day...No Way! Hey I bought the helmet in the States and now live/am stationed in Sub-Saharan Africa! Yeah it's hot! But I don't have to worry about traffic cops...Just wide open Desert and no speed limits!
