Have a recliner in our couch and the springs break and although the springs are guaranteed for the life of the couch, one still has to connect them and pulling on a heavy duty spring is impossible, even with other tools. This "spring puller" is just what we needed and being in our 70's, thank you for providing the opportunity to obtain what we needed.
