perfect for what i was looking for a foam roost gaurd great for the starts and breaths great, veary ligth and dosnt get hooked up any were on so much better the hard plastic chest plates

I bought it for protection in the classroom from a violent pupil with autism. It is too thin to be useful unfortunately and thumps still hurt. We did think, however, it could be an additional layer under the second top I bought. It is good to go under another protective top.
