Comments about Shoei - Hornet Helmet:
this helmet was purchased for use as an adventure/dualsport helmet.
as expected from a top of the line helmet it is very quiet, fits snugly and is well finished.
the peak is great when riding into the sun. all you have to do is dip your head and the peak obscures the sun.
the helmet is well ventilated with numerous vents that are able to be opened or closed, also the visor is able to be left just cracked open to reduce fogging quickly. this is a feature that some cheaper DS helmets lack.
the lining is easily removed for cleaning.
it's not my first shoei and it won't be my last.
