Forged Levers vs. Die-Cast Levers
- Forged levers are stronger than die-cast and are more resistant to breaking
- By forging the aluminum ingot, the lever is stamped into the part shaped by tons of force, whereas die-cast is poured into a mold as liquid and is subject to porosity and thus not as strong
- Die-cast levers have the same feel and pull, but are a more economical way to get back on the track
