Ride cross country and some MX but overall these are a good kit . Comes with pads and inner pocket on right , design is sweet and flexibility is great , would buy another set

I have had two pairs of these pants and both sets have ripped apart in the same knee on the first ride.I ride motocross.These pants are cheaply made and now I have to re engineer the sewing in the knee area or throw them away because they keep ripping.I sent one pair back to BTO and they replaced them thankfully.But the new set they sent I bought ripped again in the same spot!!!!I use the thor knee guards.I do not wear knee braces.DO NOT BUY THESE PANTS!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pants and jersey all good, but the velcro on the wrist of the Thor gloves broke off on their 2nd use. Would not recommend them.
