After two falls, knees are swelling by poor protection and shape of the knee, for my part I prefer to buy some slightly more expensive but better

they are excellent but the only problem at least for me is that i can barely get in the bike,, i cant flex my knees because of them, thats why the 4 stars, but they are excelent!!!
