Works Connection Ignition Cover Protector
Our aluminum, TIG welded Ignition Cover Protector will replace your stock
plastic engine guard and provide additional protection for the left side engine
case as well as extended coverage to protect the ignition cover. Its simple
bolt-on design attaches it to the engine guard mount point and a motor mount
(longer motor mount bolt supplied) to secure the Ignition Cover Protector
solidly to the frame. With the Ignition Cover Protector installed the oil filter
is still easily accessible which helps to speed maintenance. If you have ever
checked the price of a replacement cover, or worse yet, a complete re-build of
your engine because you lost all your oil out of a hole in the cover and didn't
realize it. This is relatively cheap insurance. Made in USA.
