Applied racing’s “Works” clamps have a thicker, precision-machined fork bore that keeps forks firmly in place with less clamping pressure. This provides for reduced fork flex and greater fork rigidity. Applied's innovative design positions handlebars farther forward and slightly higher than stock on most models. The reversible bolt-on bar mounts allow two different forward positions . The forward movement of the bars creates extra room allowing better handling. Improved ergonomics shift weight further over the front wheel thus improving cornering capabilities and providing smoother sitting-to-standing position changes. Switching from 7/8" to 1 1/8" diameter handlebars can be done conveniently since bar mounts are interchangeable on all top triple clamps. However Mini bike mounts are not reversible.
