With the departure of these two lines, they have introduced two brand new lines that improve on their predecessors. The Fuse Propel Jersey is part of Thor’s FUSE™ racewear line, a brand new line from the 2017 release. Thor has worked jointly with their own riders to create the best dirt bike jersey that checked all the right boxes. The fuse line has set the bar high for racewear across the industry. The Fuse Propel does many things well, including keeping riders comfortable. The jersey chassis is flexible, affording riders some flexibility without feeling constricted. Additionally, this motocross jersey does a fantastic job at keeping riders cool. Staying cool allows riders to compete and perform at the highest level. This jersey achieves this in two ways. First, the Fuse™ is made entirely out of 100% moisture wicking material. The fabric draws excess moisture & perspiration away from the skin and into the fabric where it can easily evaporate. This has a nice cooling effect on the rider. Second, the dirt bike jersey is equipped with mesh panels in strategic areas that help prevent riders from overheating. The athletic mesh is located on the back of the motocross jersey as well as underneath the arms. It is incredibly important that riders stay cool to prevent overheating, especially when sporting layers of body armor. This dirt bike jersey is especially great for tough rides or hot desert environments.

This Thor Fuse Propel Jersey has many great features that make it a smart choice for riders. Thor has taken a minimalistic approach in designing this top of the line dirt bike jersey. The Fuse™ is engineered using as few seams as possible to increase durability and comfort. The collar has been engineered for maximum comfort and performance. It is made of elastic and rib-knitted for flexibility. The three-quarter collar design synergizes with full face helmets for maximum comfort. The drop tail design of the motocross jersey allows it to be tucked and remain in place. Thor also pays attention to the little things. The neck label is heat transferred instead of sewn into the jersey. Nobody likes when their tag scratches and chafes their neck. It eliminates one more distraction that riders don’t need to deal with while on the bike. The motocross jersey comes in two different color palettes, embellished with no-fade sublimated graphics. This means that the graphics are permanently fused into the fabric itself, keeping them sharp while preventing peeling and fading.
