How to measure: Waist — measure around your natural waistline (narrowest part of your torso, just above your hips). Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat. Thigh — measure around the fullest part of your thigh, near the crotch. Inseam — measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle along the inside of your leg. Size numbers (28, 30, 32...) refer to waist measurement in inches. If between sizes, size up for street/casual fit or size down for race fit.
