• Entries for the contest will be accepted only during the Contest period and there is no purchase necessary.

• Entries are ONLY VALID in the USA except in New York, Florida and Pennsylvania

• No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered or mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries will be accepted. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, all of which are void.

• By entering, the participant agrees to sign up for an email list distributed to sponsors listed for the giveaway. Participants in the Giveaway will receive emails from Sponsor regarding new products and sales. Click the "unsubscribe" link on the bottom of any marketing email to be removed from our marketing email list. All information collected through entry into the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at: www.btosports.com/cs/privacy.
