These mountain bike knee pads are super comfortable to wear. They are crafted out of an elastic mesh fabric that affords a lot of flexibility and mobility to the rider. It also allows the rider to stay ventilated and cool because of the mesh design. The inner pad is made out of polyethylene, a hard plastic that makes for great protection, and secured in placed by a mesh cover. The mountain bike knee guards are secured to the riders legs by adjustable straps. These straps can be tightened above and below the knee and secured by a Velcro fastener.
