  • Age: 16
  • Bike (Make, Model, Year): 2018 YZ 125
  • Class(s) Racing: Schoolboy 1 and 125

How did you get started in the sport of motocross?
For my 4th birthday, my parents bought me my first bike which was a Honda 50. Two weeks later I told my dad I wanted to race and from there it was game on for me!

Who has inspired you to be and do what you are doing today?
Definitely my Dad, Uncle, and Papa who all use to race. My uncle actually used to be a pro.  We always talk about my racing and he comes to watch me when he can.

Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
I see myself racing professionally and working as hard as ever and living the best life I can!

Any Schooling? If so are you being Home Schooled or attending Public School?
I have always attended public school until this school year.    I am a Junior this year and we made a decision to change up my school program.  I am doing half days in school, which is 4 periods.  This allows me to get out of school at 10:45 am and then I do 3 online classes.  This has been a major change for my training program.

Now that you have been sponsored by BTO Sports for 2 years, what are the top 3 ways BTOSports.com has helped you out the most? (In order)

  1. The allowance has helped me with Parts and other MX needs
  2. Learning about relationships within a brand
  3. Social media

What are your goals/ambitions for the rest of the 2018 season, and future seasons to come?
I want to go out for the rest of 2018 on fire. I want to show people my true potential and go to my regional swinging and carry my momentum into Loretta’s.  After Loretta’s my plan is to move to a 250 and from there on it is crunch time for me to show that I deserve a factory ride.

Has BTOSports.com played a significant role in where you are today in the sport?
Absolutely. They have helped out so much in the past as well as recent years getting me any parts I need in a very short amount of time.  The friendships I have established with the people I have worked with at BTO are irreplaceable.

Do you want to continue your relationship with BTOSports.com as a sponsor in the future seasons? Reasons why?
Yes I would love too.   BTO helps me out in such good ways with any parts I need and when they occasionally shout me on Social Media.  The discount that is provided is also very helpful.

If you had to choose a professional team to ride for, who would that be? and Why?
I would love to ride for Star Racing Yamaha. They have a great program going on right now from what I can see and it shows in their rider’s results with Plessinger winning.

What is your training regimen like? (how often do you ride, what is your training like off the bike, who do you train with)
My training is going great right now. I wake up and go to school and after school, I usually ride. Right now I’m riding a total of 3-4 days a week. My off bike training consists of a lot of swimming. I’ve been putting in a lot of work lately and I’m ready to show it.
