This is a general warning about bad warranty service from 100 Percent from people not in the US. The glove was fine until after about 10 rides when the thumb seam failed and it ripped. I was told I had to go through my bikeshop, no direct returns. Which I did. I have been waiting for over 10 weeks now to get replacements. I spoke to a 100 Percent manager 2 weeks ago and after 3 days he told me to go figure it out with the distributor myself. Nothing he could do. Beware that if you are not in the US you will get real lousy customer service and you are probably better off buying a different brand.
