Comments about DVD - Functional Techniques By Ryan Hughes:

Had some solid information, but didnt seem as complete as other videos ive seen. Only focuses on specific technique in general, and not specific riding situations. Would of like to see more in depth.

Comments about DVD - Functional Techniques By Ryan Hughes:

Great dvd by Ryno, it goes into so much more detail than just the usual look ahead, weight the outside peg stuff that you get on all mx dvds.
Looking forward to getting all upcoming Ryno Institute dvd's
only complaint is that its not very long and wish it had some info on arms etc.. not just feet, hips, and core. But the info in it is very good
