Yoshimura - RS-4 Exhaust System (Honda)

Yoshimura R&D has developed an evolutionary new exhaust system. The all-new Yoshimura RS-4 was designed after extensive testing and the results are profound.

Yoshimura has been the official exhaust supplier to Team Honda Red Bull Racing for several years now. All of that experience has helped Yoshimura in making an exhaust that compliments an already great bike. The RS-4 not only increases power and is light, but it also has a lower centralized mass coefficient to provide better handling. Additionally, an overall improvement to the big Honda's power delivery was also realized.

The RS-4 is pentagonal shaped muffler that features a carbon fiber cone end cap, two staged stepped baffle and striking good looks. A tapered header pipe design is used for optimal flow and performance. The RS-4 muffler features a new front cap design that functions as a polyresonant chamber. This design makes for a quieter muffler with improved mid to top end power. Systems come with a 99db sound insert installed in the muffler. Optional 94db (AMA legal) and 96db sound inserts available separately.

Pro Series Full Systems include an RS-4 muffler, titanium header, Titanium or Carbon Fiber tail pipe, AMA Pro Racing insert, all necessary hardware, and detailed installation instructions to get you moving.

Comments about Yoshimura - Pro Series RS-4 Full System (Honda):

This is the most power increasing exhaust on the market. It doesn't take power away in areas and add it to other areas like the Pro Circuit. It just adds power everywhere. Best (fuel injected) CRF250R & CRF450R exhaust period. Almost too much power on the 450, but that's what buying a pipe is all about!

Comments about Yoshimura - Pro Series RS-4 Full System (Honda):

Found best setting to be with no spark arrester in air box with the plug disconnected on the PIM2. Excellent all-round pipe. Increased power from bottom to top. Sounds great.
