The anti-slip rubber racing sole, proudly designed by AXO, keeps the touring boots in contact with the bike regardless of wet conditions. The top of the boot is made of real leather. The shift gear is also made out of leather to protect against wear and tear. The boots are fastened using a combination of a zipper and a Velcro tab. The zipper is accessed on the inside of the leg and is hidden by the Velcro tab to help keep the zipper secured and in place. The toe sliders can be easily removed and replaced as they wear down. The street bike  boots are designed with an anti-bacterial and anti-sweat lining that keeps them fresh and prevents them from becoming saturated with perspiration. The boots are extra comfortable which allows the Road WP touring boots to be worn for a longer duration. The foot bed can be removed, washed or replaced as needed. The Road WP touring boots come equipped with a built in internal plastic shin guard that helps to protect the rider from impacts and slides. The Road WPs are half way in between full racing boots and racing shoes. What these street bike boots lack in protection, they make up for in flexibility.
