The Bill’s Pipes Exhaust Packing Kit is a great way to increase the overall performance of your exhaust pipe. Packing a muffler is an important step to ensure that the bike stays under the legal decibel level. Muffler packing is composed of thousands upon thousands of tiny fibers that absorb sound waves. Replacing the exhaust packing often helps to increase the life of the muffler. The material is made out of fiberglass and is condensed into a cluster for easy packing. The packing kit also comes with an adhesive strip to keep the fiberglass in place.
