Icon - Airmada Scrawl Helmet

The Icon Scrawl Helmet is part of the new line from Icon’s 2018 product line of helmets and other gear. This particular helmet channels old school themes in a way that are portrayed as a classic tattoo. Icon’s Scrawl Helmet is available in 2 colors, black and white. The sublimated graphics pop on the white version of the helmet while the black on black will be apparent most likely only during the day. Either way the broad strokes of this helmet gives it a real classic look that is hard to beat.

Icon’s Scrawl Helmet is constructed as an injection molded polycarbonate shell for extra strength and durability. This helmet has passed the helmet safety standards of the DOT, ECE, SAI and the PSC. The front shield is a fog-free lenses and is an Icon optics™ shield. This kind of shield is wider than other shields to give a wide view perspective to the road in front of you. The shield is then connect to the rapid-release™ system. This allows for quick and easy change of the shield, even with the gloves on! When all that is done, you can simply lock the new shield back in place. The shield stays locked thanks to the prolock™ positive shield locking system. The two systems work in tandem for a completely solid front shield.

The interior of the Airmada Scrawl Helmet is built for comfort as well as to keep the wearer cool and as dry as possible. Inside the Scrawl helmet is lined with the hydradry™ moisture wicking fabric. What this means that any moisture that is absorbed is then forced to the surface of the fabric so that it evaporates for quickly. To further aid in that effort, there are a number of vents to increase airflow of the Scrawl Helmet. Built into the shell there are 6 air intakes vents as well as 4 exhaust ports.
