This is definitely one of the more daring designs of the 2018 Moto Collection. Searching far & wide, Head Designer Maki Ushiroyama sought inspiration in an unlikely place. The two worlds of video games and motorsports don’t often intersect, but they do here with the 2018 Troy Lee Designs GP Air Maze Pant. This pair of motocross pants was inspired by the geometric building blocks from the game Minecraft™. The Maze comes in two different colorways: a monochrome and a navy & cyan scheme. The design is a bit reminiscent of digital camo, but with larger shapes. The Troy Lee Designs script logo is featured in rubber down the side of both legs, as well as shield logos on the knees. The dirt bike pants feature cowhide leather on the inner knees that serve two functions. The first is to protect riders from heat radiating off the bike. The second is to provide an extra gripping surface for riders to grip their bikes with.

The Maze pants have a several performance& comfort features that separate them from the competition. The 2018 Troy Lee Designs GP Air Maze Pants are made out of 500 denier polyester mesh that does an unbelievable job at keeping riders cool in the summer. The mesh design provides some much needed ventilation to the riders’ legs and lower regions that contribute to overall performance. The dirt bike pants are fastened to the riders’ waist with a special ratchet closure system that helps to prevent the motocross pants from moving up and down. These motocross pants also give riders some extra flexibility in the crotch and behind the knees with a special 4-way stretch material.
