The Isle of Man helmet by Bell raises the bar when it comes to performance and value. The Isle of Man Helmet is DOT as well as ECE certified. The shell of this helmet is made of a form of polycarbonate. The shell has been engineered to make sure that the shell is as aerodynamic as possible. Also, the shield has been outfitted with an exclusive ClickRelease shield system. It is a straight forward mechanism that allows the owner to easily remove and replace the frontal shield. Included with this helmet is a transition adaptive shield which is anti-fog and has UV protection. Across the outside of the Isle of Man Helmet are multiple vents to increase the airflow throughout the helmet. This includes the Velocity Flow Ventilation system with FlowAdjust that allows the wearer to change how much air is being let into the helmet while on the road.
On the interior of the Isle of Man Helmet there are many features the Bell has been using and improving upon. Integrated inside the helmet is a communication port that accommodates both a Sena or Cardo Bluetooth stereo headset and intercom systems. The rest of the features are not electronic innovation. The liner of the Isle of Man Helmet is made of an anti-bacterial interior All of the interior pads are engineered to snuggly contour with the face of the rider, the cheeks, chin, and head. Most of the pads on the interior of the Isle of Man helmet are removable and absolutely washable.
