Bridgestone’s stated goal with the all-new Battlax RS10 was to create a tire that could not only handle the power of high performance sportbikes but also do so while at the track where this power can be fully utilized. The expanded contact area and MotoGP influenced rubber compound are key to this and let the Battlax RS10 corner and track with new found stability and confidence. Wet grip is also equally important to the RS10 and thanks to parallel grooves placed along the center strip, water is channeled efficiently away from the contact patch. And while a new tire, it has already been selected as OE for the new Yamaha R1 and R1M.

• Cap and base on rear tire adds tread stiffness for stability when braking and accelerating
• Front tire uses a Mono-Spiral Belt constructed with stiffer steel to enhance rigidity of the tread area for upgraded response and stability
• Rear tire has softer sidewall construction incorporated for better damping to improve handling
