A jacket not afraid of seeing the heat roiling off the pavement, the Yuma from Scorpion comes with an abundance of mesh in a cut that is a blend of touring and adventure touring. Reading like an infomercial for denier products, the Yuma has 500 denier for the main body, 1680 denier for impact areas and 600 denier making up the mesh panels along the chest and back. A waterproof/windproof liner can be zipped in if you get caught out in the rain but do bear in mind pockets are not waterproof. Protection is courtesy of Sas-Tec armor and a PE foam pad in the back and if you need to cinch things down, the Yuma jacket has six fit adjustment points.
