I am 6 foot 1 in and 145 lbs. I went with the small/medium because I have skinny legs. They are a little tight but are long enough. The knee cap part is hard on the outside and soft on the indise so that is good. I did not want a brace becasue they can break a femur and not normal guards becasue they are not as protective. These are just inbetween and da great. After 2 rides though on of the end screw fell off but they still work fine. However it should not have broke off.

They are good for the price
You get what you pay for they work for protection .The straps rub on your legs so there not very user friendly in that right.

Comments about Thor - 2013 Force Knee Guards:
Excellent product and very comfortable. I did find that there is a bit too much padding around the back and thus it was difficult to do my boots up. To overcome this I removed the extra straps for around the calf and find them just as effective with only the velcro padding.

Comments about Thor - 2013 Force Knee Guards:
The straps rub against your leg even with knee brace socks. The Hinges wear through your pants within 2 rides. The cloth knee cap protector gets stuck all the time. This product isn't worth it's price.

Comments about Thor - 2013 Force Knee Guards:
Use this guard both for MX and enduro riding. After a couple of rides became fits very well, the only insignificant disadvantage that upper straps rub the skin during a long-time ride. But this easy solvable with stockings/sleeves.
