I am 6 foot 1 in and 145 lbs. I went with the small/medium because I have skinny legs. They are a little tight but are long enough. The knee cap part is hard on the outside and soft on the indise so that is good. I did not want a brace becasue they can break a femur and not normal guards becasue they are not as protective. These are just inbetween and da great. After 2 rides though on of the end screw fell off but they still work fine. However it should not have broke off.

They are good for the price
You get what you pay for they work for protection .The straps rub on your legs so there not very user friendly in that right.

Comments about Thor - 2012 Force Knee Guard:
Use this guard both for MX and enduro riding. After a couple of rides became fits very well, the only insignificant disadvantage that upper straps rub the skin during a long-time ride. But this easy solvable with stockings/sleeves.

Comments about Thor - 2012 Force Knee Guard:
Purchased for personal use only, not a bad feel to them and joints seem strong enough. The price of the 2 color was $ 15 more and at [$] seemed ok but a little pricey compared to the black.

Comments about Thor - 2012 Force Knee Guard:
These knee guards are awesome value for money.. They fit really well and feel great as well due to the pivot point in the guard that allows it to move with your knee.. If you purchase these guards you will need a pair of knee socks though as they are a little rough on bare skin
