100% was founded in 1982 by Drew Lien, a racer and pit mechanic who built the brand trackside in Southern California. The brand was relaunched in 2012 with a sharp focus on premium motocross and mountain bike eyewear, and today the lineup spans goggles, gloves, and apparel designed for riders who put in real work. 100% is the Official Eyewear Provider for the Pro Motocross Championship. At BTO Sports, we carry the full 100% goggle lineup from the Accuri up through the Armega HiPER.

Why we like 100%
100% has been part of professional motocross for over four decades, and that pedigree shows up in the details of every goggle they make. The Armega is the standout: HiPER contrast-enhancing lens technology, a six-point quick-change locking system, and one of the most effective sweat management designs in the sport. The Racecraft 2 carries the same championship DNA at a step down in price with a refined fit and nine-point lens retention. The Strata 2 is our pick for riders who want a no-nonsense goggle that delivers at a lower buy-in, with a 17.5 percent larger field of view than the original. Lens changes are fast across the lineup, which matters on race day. The anti-fog performance on the Armega in particular draws consistent praise from riders in all conditions. For riders building out a full setup, 100% also makes gloves and apparel that match well with any helmet brand. This is a goggle company that earns its place on the pro circuit every season.
FAQ

The Armega is the flagship with HiPER lens technology, a six-point quick-change lens system, and the most advanced sweat management setup in the lineup. The Racecraft 2 is the championship-tier step below it with a nine-point lens retention system and refined nose fitment derived from Armega development. The Strata 2 is the value tier with a flexible urethane frame, dual-layer foam, and a 17.5 percent larger field of view than the original Strata. The Accuri 2 is the entry-level option with quick-change capability and a straightforward build that works well across different helmet fits.

100% goggles work well for most riders but face geometry varies enough that fit is not guaranteed across every model. Some riders with narrower noses find the nose bridge area snug on certain models. The Strata 2 tends to be the most forgiving given its flexible urethane frame. If you have a wider face or have had fitment issues with other goggle brands, the Racecraft 2 has an improved nose design that accommodates a broader range of face shapes. When in doubt, we recommend checking our size chart and reaching out to our team.

Most 100% goggles are designed to work with a wide range of helmets, but fit can vary depending on the specific helmet model. Goggle port width and eye port depth affect how the goggle sits. Some riders report that switching helmets, even between two well-known brands, changes how the same goggle fits. If you plan to run a specific helmet, it helps to check forum threads or reach out to us at BTO and we can point you toward what other riders have found to work.

HiPER is 100%'s contrast-enhancing lens system exclusive to the Armega. It improves visual definition by filtering specific wavelengths of light to increase contrast between terrain features, shadows, and objects. The practical result is sharper depth perception in varying light conditions, which matters on technical tracks or in low-light environments. HiPER lenses are available in several tints optimized for different riding conditions including bright sun, overcast, and low light.

All three are serious goggles with legitimate pro-level use. Scott is competitive on price and offers a solid quick-change system but the optical technology sits behind what 100% offers in the Armega tier. Oakley's Prizm lens is excellent, but the Airbrake MX comes at a significantly higher price point and is harder to find in stock. 100% gives you HiPER lens quality in the Armega at a price that's easier to justify, and the Racecraft and Strata tiers bring that same goggle pedigree down to more accessible price points. We carry 100% at BTO because the lineup covers every rider from the guy just getting started to the one chasing a number plate.

Anti-fog is one of 100%'s consistent strengths. The Armega uses a perforated triple-layer face foam that actively channels sweat away from the lens and directs airflow across the inside of the goggle. Most riders report it as one of the better anti-fog performers in the segment, even in hot and humid conditions. The Racecraft 2 uses a similar foam system with strong results. The Strata 2 uses dual-layer foam and handles typical conditions well, though in extreme heat or hard physical effort the Armega's system has a clear advantage.
-
100% goggles are sized for adult riders. The Strata 2 and Accuri 2 tend to fit smaller adult faces better than the Armega or Racecraft due to frame geometry and the flexible urethane build of the Strata in particular. For younger riders, we recommend trying the Strata 2 first or reaching out to our team at BTO for guidance based on your rider's age and face size. 100% does not currently offer a dedicated youth goggle line.

Very durable in normal use. The frames on the Armega and Racecraft 2 are built for racing and hold up well to repeated use, crashes, and roost. The lens retention systems are secure enough that lenses do not pop out in crashes, which is a real concern with cheaper goggles. Foam does wear over time with heavy use and replacement foam is available for most models, which extends the life of the frame considerably. The Strata 2 uses a softer urethane frame that flexes more, which makes it resilient but slightly less rigid than the premium models. Overall, 100% goggles are built to last more than one season with proper care.
