Forma Boots Sizing Chart: Find the Perfect Fit for Your Ride
Italian-crafted and CE-certified, Forma Boots are built for everything from motocross tracks to long-haul adventure rides and daily street commutes. Because Forma sizes in EURO with a USA conversion, picking the right number is the difference between all-day comfort and a painful return. Use the chart below to match your shoe size to the correct Forma boot across every model BTO Sports carries — from the Adventure and Terra Evo X to the Elite, Hyper, and Pilot.
Forma's fit rule of thumb: order your regular sneaker size, and size up one if you have wider feet. The inside length of the boot should be roughly 15–20mm longer than your foot, which gives you the right toe clearance for safety and comfort on the bike.
How to Measure for Forma Boots
Stand barefoot against a wall. Place your heel flat against the wall and distribute your weight evenly.
Measure to the tip of your longest toe. For most riders this is the big toe, but measure the longer foot — feet are rarely identical.
Add 15–20mm of clearance. The Forma boot's inside length (listed in each chart below, in millimeters) should land 15–20mm longer than your measured foot. That buffer prevents toe-jam on hard stops and gives the foot room to swell on long days.
Account for width. Forma boots run on the slightly narrower Italian last. If you know your feet run wide, size up one EURO size.
Check both feet. Always fit to your larger foot.

Why Proper Sizing for Forma Boots Matters
A boot that's too tight will pinch your toes and cut circulation on any ride longer than a commute; one that's too loose will let your foot slide inside the shell, reducing control on the pegs and increasing injury risk in a crash. Forma's CE-certified protection, reinforced ankle cups, and shift-pad reinforcements only do their job when the boot fits the way it was engineered. Spend two minutes with a tape measure before you order — it's the fastest way to get motocross, touring, or adventure boots that perform on day one.
