Not sure about this product!
When installed you are required to remove the plastic sprocket gaurd. I feel this makes the sprocket more vunuable from the side, I also ride with over the boot pants which makes me alittle ...Read complete review
When installed you are required to remove the plastic sprocket gaurd. I feel this makes the sprocket more vunuable from the side, I also ride with over the boot pants which makes me alittle nervous. Also the gap is wider between the saver which does allow for a larger sprocket. If you are using a stock one then their reasoning is the larger gap will allow items that would normally get stuck to fall out. While that is probalbly true, it will allow larger items (harder materials) in to get stuck instead of smaller items that have more of a chance of getting crushed than the bigger ones. Just my experience... I would rather a smaller gap with a ridge that can be grinded down should a bigger sprocket come to play. In addition to a side cover to replace the stock one that needs to be removed.
