It's insulated but has a loose, unrestricted fit and features a higher collar that you'd find on warmer weather gear. The Cold Pro utilizes a lightweight poly thermal material coupled with a soft fleece lining to keep you warm yet still allow perspiration to wick right through. Abrasion resistant forearm panels and baked-in reflectivity make this a perfect exterior layer but it can also double as an insulating base layer under a jacket or waterproof shell.
