Need your package faster than listed on the map? We are happy to take care of that for you! Unlike the other guys, we are not going to automatically sell you a faster shipping service. We can utilize various shipment methods and services to get your package on your doorstep the day you need it. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete during the checkout process. In the event of an invalid or incomplete address, resulting in a failed delivery and subsequent return to sender, there may be correction or Return to Sender (RTS) fee imposed by the shipping carrier. These fees, if applicable, will be passed on to the recipient. We appreciate your attention to detail as it helps us avoid unnecessary penalties and deliver your orders smoothly.

Important Notes

Most orders will ship when complete. We will ship your order when all items are ready to ship. Free shipping is limited to the Contiguous USA only. We offer affordable rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. OEM Parts, Chemicals and certain Oversized items (Single Tires, Ramps, etc.) Can only be shipped via Ground Services.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Most orders are processed within the same business day the order is placed. However, there are some instances where we need to verify the shipping address or the credit card to avoid fraudulent activity.

Website Availability

All items on the BTO Sports website listed as "available" are either in stock, or close by. BTO Sports utilizes several warehouses to source your parts. We carry many items in stock; however there are times when we need to bring in items from other warehouses to ship from our Southern California location. You will be notified by your salesman of the actual ship date of your package.

Drop Ships

BTO Sports utilizes every method possible to ensure you get your order ASAP. Many items qualify for the "Drop Ship Method" where we can ship directly to you from our Nationwide warehouses. Again, you will be notified by your salesman which parts can take advantage of this quicker shipping method.

The chart above shows our current transit times. BTO Sports uses Ontrac and FedEx to get you the quickest transit times.

CA, NV, and AZ - 1 Business Day

WA, OR, ID, UT, and CO - 2 Business Days

All other states - 3-5 Business Days
