Our new TAVA™ helmet is our first foray into the top of the line aero road category and joins our MARAKA™ and PHENOM™ road helmets as a benchmark of safety in their class.

The TAVA™ features several new technologies that have been in the works for years and borrow much of what we have learned from our experiences riding, racing, and testing other helmets in our line.

With the TAVA™ we are proud to introduce BUMPER FIT™ 2.0, our newest iteration on a proven technology. BUMPER FIT™ 2.0 expands on the low G and rotational benefits previously found in BUMPER FIT™. BUMPER FIT™ 2.0 reduces low G impacts by 12% while also adding an average of 25% reduction in rotational forces, and in some cases over a 30% reduction.

The TAVA™ also utilizes COMPOSITE FUSION™ Squared which works similarly to our previous COMPOSITE FUSION™ Plus technology. With this variation however, we address not only the impact of your helmet hitting the ground but also the second impact of your head hitting your helmet. This is accomplished by using cones facing opposing directions, both outwardly and inwardly.

To ensure that we kept the TAVA™'s volume down, we implemented Nano Core, a light weight material that is bound together with nano polymers. This nano material possess superior energy management when compared to EPSk which allows us to incorporate COMPOSITE FUSION™ Squared without sacrificing the small volume Kali Protectives is known for.
